I DID NOT CRY

NOT BECAUSE I FEEL NO LOSS

BUT MAYBE MY TEARS

HAD TURNED INTO BLOOD

THAT BLEEDS INSIDE MY

HEART.

I thought it said what i couldn't articulate - how i feel about what is going on in Kenya.

I wondered why i wasn't sharing everything as passionately as everybody else around me seemed to be doing.
